GoHighLevel Pricing (2026): Plans, Costs and a Cheaper Way

GoHighLevel costs $97–$497 a month depending on the plan, plus usage. Here is what each plan includes, what you pay on top, and how to get the same software from $50 a month with the setup done for you.

    The short answer

GoHighLevel (also written HighLevel or GHL) sells three monthly plans in US dollars: Starter at $97, Unlimited at $297 and Agency Pro at $497. Every plan includes unlimited contacts and users. What changes between plans is how many businesses (sub-accounts) you can run and whether you can rebrand and resell the software.

On top of the subscription, usage add-ons are billed separately: text messages, phone calls, email sends, WhatsApp, AI assistants, WordPress hosting and some premium automation steps. And the price does not include anyone setting the account up for you.

If you run one business and want GoHighLevel working rather than a project to build, a white-label provider is usually the cheaper route. Signal2Sale starts from $50 a month and most clients pay around $150, with the setup, automations and support handled by Neelo Digital.

    GoHighLevel plans

    What each GoHighLevel plan includes

All three plans run the same core software. The difference is scale and resale rights, which matter to agencies far more than to a single business.

    GoHighLevel Starter

    $97/month + usage

A single business, or an agency testing GoHighLevel with a few clients.

    • Up to three sub-accounts (one per business)
    • CRM, pipelines and unlimited contacts and users
    • Funnels, websites, forms, surveys and chat widget
    • Calendars and appointment booking
    • Email and two-way SMS marketing
    • Workflow automations and the mobile app
    • Reputation management, memberships and payments

    GoHighLevel Unlimited

    $297/month + usage

Agencies running GoHighLevel for many clients under their own brand.

    • Everything in Starter
    • Unlimited sub-accounts
    • Branded dashboard on your own domain (white-label)
    • Basic API access

    GoHighLevel Agency Pro

    $497/month + usage

Agencies reselling GoHighLevel as their own software product (SaaS).

    • Everything in Unlimited
    • SaaS mode: sell sub-accounts on your own subscription plans
    • Re-sell usage such as phone and email to clients
    • Advanced API access

GoHighLevel also offers annual billing at a discount and a free trial; check the terms on gohighlevel.com/pricing. Agency Pro was previously sold as “SaaS Pro”.

    Usage add-ons are billed separately

The monthly plan is the platform fee. Anything that costs GoHighLevel money to deliver, such as a text message reaching a phone, is charged per use from a prepaid wallet. Rates vary by country and change over time, so we don't quote them here; you can see them inside any GoHighLevel account and on the official pricing page.

    LC Phone (calls and SMS)

Phone numbers, inbound and outbound minutes, and every text message are charged per use from a wallet in your account.

    LC Email

Bulk and automated email sent through GoHighLevel's own email service is billed per email sent.

    WhatsApp

WhatsApp messaging is a separate add-on, and Meta's own conversation charges apply on top.

    AI features

Conversation AI, voice AI, content AI and similar assistants are add-ons, priced per sub-account or per use.

    WordPress hosting and domains

Hosted WordPress sites and domains bought inside GoHighLevel are charged separately.

    Premium workflow actions

Some workflow triggers and actions (for example, certain AI and webhook steps) are metered per execution.

Signal2Sale bills the same usage at cost, with no mark-up on messages or minutes, and we estimate it for you on the quote call so the first invoice holds no surprises.

    Hidden costs

The costs that never appear on the GoHighLevel invoice

The subscription is the easy part to budget. These are the costs owners tell us they didn't plan for.

    Your setup time

A new GoHighLevel account starts almost empty. Someone has to buy and connect a phone number, verify your sending domain, build pipelines and calendars, write the follow-up messages, connect your website forms and test every workflow. For most owners that is several evenings or weekends, and it is usually done once, quickly, and never revisited.

    Snapshots and templates

Snapshots are pre-built GoHighLevel accounts you can load in one click. Good ones for your industry are sold by third parties, and even a good snapshot still has to be adapted to your services, prices, staff and booking rules.

    Onboarding and freelancers

Many businesses end up paying a freelancer or agency to set up the account properly, then again whenever something breaks or needs changing. That cost rarely shows up on the GoHighLevel invoice, but it is part of what you really pay.

    Phone and messaging compliance

In many countries, business texting requires registration (for example A2P 10DLC in the United States) before messages are delivered reliably. It is paperwork, but it takes time and gets rejected if done wrong.

Paying for agency features you don't use

The Unlimited and Agency Pro plans are built for agencies: unlimited sub-accounts, white-labelling and SaaS reselling. A single business that buys them pays for capacity it never touches.

Which GoHighLevel plan should you buy?

If you are one business, the Starter plan at $97 gives you the full day-to-day toolset: CRM, pipelines, inbox, calendars, funnels, email and SMS, workflows and reviews. You don't need unlimited sub-accounts, a white-label dashboard or SaaS mode. The real question is whether you want to build and maintain the account yourself.

If you are an agency with a handful of clients, Starter lets you test the model. Once you pass three clients, or want your own branded login, Unlimited at $297 is the plan most agencies settle on.

If you want to sell software, not services, Agency Pro at $497 unlocks SaaS mode so clients can sign up and pay you automatically, and lets you resell usage.

If you just want it working, skip the plan decision entirely. A white-label provider already holds the agency licence and gives you your own sub-account, set up for your business. That is what Signal2Sale is. Read how white-label GoHighLevel works if you want the detail.

The cheaper way: GoHighLevel through Signal2Sale

Signal2Sale is white-label GoHighLevel run by Neelo Digital. We hold the agency licence and spread its cost across many businesses, so you pay for the one sub-account you use rather than a whole plan. Pricing is custom: from $50 a month, with most clients paying around $150. That is the same software as the $297 plan for a fraction of the price, and you don't spend weekends building it.

What you get that GoHighLevel direct doesn't include:

    • Setup done for you: phone number, missed-call text-back, calendars, pipelines, forms, follow-up and review automations.
    • Templates built for your industry, from dental practices to contractors and estate agents.
    • A named team to message when you need a change.
    • Month-to-month billing in USD, or rand for South African businesses.

    FAQ

    GoHighLevel pricing questions

How much does GoHighLevel cost per month?

GoHighLevel lists three monthly plans: Starter at $97, Unlimited at $297 and Agency Pro at $497 (USD). Usage such as SMS, calls, email sends and AI features is billed separately on top of the subscription.

Is there a cheaper way to get GoHighLevel?

Yes. A white-label provider such as Signal2Sale gives you a GoHighLevel sub-account under its agency licence. Signal2Sale starts from $50 a month, most clients pay around $150, and the setup is done for you by Neelo Digital.

What is not included in GoHighLevel's monthly price?

Messaging and calling (LC Phone), email sending (LC Email), WhatsApp, AI add-ons, WordPress hosting, domains and some premium workflow actions are usage add-ons billed separately. Your own setup time, snapshots and any onboarding help are extra costs too.

Which GoHighLevel plan does a single business need?

A single business only needs one sub-account, so the $97 Starter plan covers the core CRM, funnels, calendars and automations. The higher plans add more sub-accounts, white-labelling and SaaS reselling, which matter to agencies rather than to one business.

Does GoHighLevel charge per user or per contact?

No. GoHighLevel's plans include unlimited users and contacts. Your bill grows with usage (messages, calls, emails and add-ons), not with team size or list size. Signal2Sale works the same way.

Where can I check GoHighLevel's current prices?

On GoHighLevel's official pricing page at https://www.gohighlevel.com/pricing. Prices and plan names change from time to time; this guide was last reviewed in October 2026.
