Terms of service
Last updated: 11 October 2026
The plain-English terms for using signal2sale.com and a Signal2Sale account. Questions? Email info@neelodigital.com.
1. Who these terms are with
Signal2Sale is provided by Neelo Digital (Pty) Ltd ("Neelo Digital", "we", "us"), 86 Swemmer Road, Glenhazel, Johannesburg 2192, South Africa. By using this website or a Signal2Sale account you agree to these terms. If you're accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you're authorised to do so.
2. The service
Signal2Sale is a CRM and sales automation platform that we set up, host and support for your business. It runs on GoHighLevel software, which we license and white-label. What's included in your account, and your monthly price, are set out in the quote you accept.
3. Your account
- Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your login details secure and tell us about any misuse.
- You're responsible for what happens under your account, including by users you add.
- You must be at least 18 to use the service.
4. Fees and payment
- Plans are billed monthly in advance, in US dollars (or South African rand where agreed). Payments are processed by Stripe.
- SMS, call and email usage is billed at cost on top of your plan, as described in your quote.
- We'll give you at least 30 days' notice of any price change.
- Fees already paid are not refundable, except where the law requires (including the Consumer Protection Act, where it applies).
- If a payment fails, we may pause the account until it's settled.
5. Cancelling
Plans are month-to-month. You can cancel at any time by emailing info@neelodigital.com; the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month. Ask us before you cancel if you want an export of your contacts and data. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Signal2Sale to:
- break any law, including anti-spam, POPIA and GDPR rules;
- message people who haven't agreed to hear from you, or ignore opt-out requests;
- send harmful, misleading or infringing content;
- try to access systems or data you're not authorised to.
Messaging carriers and platforms (such as SMS providers, WhatsApp and Meta) have their own rules, and may block messages that breach them.
7. Your data
You own the contacts, messages and other data you put into Signal2Sale. We process it only to provide the service, as your operator (POPIA) or processor (GDPR), and in line with our privacy policy. You're responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and contact the people in your account.
8. Intellectual property
The Signal2Sale name, website and our setup work remain ours, and the underlying platform remains its licensors'. You get the right to use the service while your subscription is active.
9. Availability
We work to keep Signal2Sale available, but we rely on third-party infrastructure and can't promise uninterrupted service. We may carry out maintenance, and we'll try to give notice of planned downtime.
10. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that can't be excluded by law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the courts of South Africa have jurisdiction over any dispute.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and email clients about significant changes before they take effect.
