1. Who we are

Signal2Sale is a CRM and sales automation service operated by Neelo Digital (Pty) Ltd ("Neelo Digital", "we", "us"), 86 Swemmer Road, Glenhazel, Johannesburg 2192, South Africa. We are the responsible party (under POPIA) and the controller (under GDPR) for personal information collected through this website. Contact us at info@neelodigital.com.

2. What we collect

• Details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, business name and message when you use our contact form, book a call, chat with us or sign up.
• Account and billing details: if you become a client, the information needed to set up and bill your account. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Usage data: if you accept analytics cookies, pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and how you arrived at the site.
• Chat messages: what you type into the website chat assistant, so it can answer you.

3. How we use it

• To reply to enquiries, book calls and send you a quote.
• To set up, run, support and bill your Signal2Sale account.
• To understand how the website is used and improve it (only with your consent to analytics cookies).
• To send you occasional updates you've asked for. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to measure how the site is used. When you first visit, a cookie banner lets you accept or decline. Until you accept, analytics and advertising cookies stay off (Google Consent Mode is set to "denied"). Your choice is saved in your browser, and you can change it by clearing your site data.

Strictly necessary storage, such as remembering your cookie choice, is always on.

5. Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it for us under contract:

• GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), which hosts the Signal2Sale platform, our booking calendars and forms. It acts as our data processor.
• Stripe, for subscription payments.
• Google, for analytics and tag management, where you've consented.
• The AI service that generates the chat assistant's replies. Please don't share sensitive information in the chat.
• Our email delivery and website hosting providers.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

6. International transfers

Some of these providers store data outside South Africa, including in the United States and the European Union. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we rely on providers that offer protection comparable to POPIA and GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses.

7. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and client account data for as long as you're a client plus any period the law requires for tax and accounting records. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

8. Your rights

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) in South Africa, and the GDPR if you're in the UK or European Union, you can:

• ask what personal information we hold about you and get a copy;
• ask us to correct or delete it;
• object to or restrict how we use it, including for marketing;
• withdraw consent you've given, such as for analytics cookies;
• ask for your data in a portable format (GDPR).

Email info@neelodigital.com and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa (inforegulator.org.za) or, in the UK or EU, your local data protection authority.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No system is completely secure, so please tell us straight away if you think your account has been compromised.

10. Children

Signal2Sale is a business service and isn't intended for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect children's personal information.

11. Changes to this policy

We'll update this page if our practices change and revise the date at the top. Significant changes will be emailed to clients.
